- We do not use assistants. The individual you contract with
will be your representative. As the broker, I will oversee all
transactions as a second set of eyes.
- This is a litigious society we live in, but we pride ourselves
on protecting the Buyer and the Seller. We keep copious notes
and written or recorded documentation of all transactions. All
material facts are provided in writing to both sides of the transaction.
- Although we have a Listing Agreement and/or Buyer/Broker Contract
with our clients, they may cancel them at any time if they are
not satisfied with our representation.
- Our extensive experience in subdivision design, housing construction,
and due diligence analysis affords us a better
perspective of the housing market and the acquisition and disposition
of property.
- We advertise our listings on our Web site as well as provide
links from other Web sites, such as the various chambers of commerce.
- We provide the MLS with multiple photographs of our properties
to gain true Buyer interest.
- We provide fee-based services for Sellers and Buyers and all
commissions are negotiable.
- We inspect the Seller's home and provide a list of items that
we feel should be corrected prior to listing the property. We
have found that this reduces the listing period and provides the
Buyer with more confidence about their purchase.
- We provide you with an escrow information sheet with the contact
information for all the parties involved in the transaction and
what conditions must be met and the date needed.
- We provide you with a binder of every contract, agreement, notice
and information packet involved in a sale or purchase. Including
the latest information on hot issues such as mold, crime statistics,
and extensive explanations of the escrow process. We go through
each contract and show the typical Buyer or Seller cancellation
clauses.
- We represent our clients the way we would want to be represented
-- in a courteous, timely, objective, and professional manner.
- We are the real estate professionals, but you are the clients,
and we want and encourage your participation.
