offering services in Land Planning,
Engineering, Surveying, Traffic and Transportation, and Landscape
Architecture.
Performed site selection, due diligence analysis, zoning and/or
site planning for 40 Wal-Mart Centers, 20 Safeway Stores, 6 Kindercare
sites, 4 Taco Bell sites, and numerous other national companies.
Property managed over $300,000,000 in commercial and residential
assets in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Those assets included 350
single-family homes and 70 performing and non-performing commercial
properties.
Performed site selection and due diligence analysis for bus maintenance
facilities, park & ride facilities and other transportation-related
land uses; negotiated leases and designed aviation hangar facility
site plans for private aviation companies.
An inventor, who holds two patents and has two patents pending.
A graduate of the University of Houston in Sociology. Has written
and lectured on historical growth patterns and gentrification.
