Veteran Real Estate Broker, Thomas Ellis, founded Ellis/Arnold & Associates LLC in 1990, after spending 25 years managing or owning professional consulting firms in land planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture of residential, commercial, industrial and master planned properties. He then brought his vast knowledge of real estate and applied it to consulting for financial institutions. Asset managing and disposition of over $300 million in residential and commercial properties in 3 states; including 300 single family homes and 70 performing and non-performing commercial properties. He has performed site selection, due diligence analysis, zoning and/or site planning for numerous national companies including Wal-Mart, Safeway, KinderCare and Taco Bell. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and has served on the Phoenix Chamber Valley Wide Transit Task Force and the Scottsdale Public Policy Committee.
